While complimentary shipping is included across Australia, original artworks and custom commissions can also be safely delivered worldwide. Each piece is meticulously packaged using archival, moisture-resistant materials and heavy-duty reinforced framing or custom crates to guarantee safe transit to your doorstep. For international delivery rates and custom estimates, please reach out via our contact form prior to purchase.
Terms and conditions
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date for live wedding painting or to begin custom commission works. Balances are due prior to event commencement or artwork dispatch. Because each artwork and live painting is custom-crafted to order, completed pieces are non-refundable.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your package for any damage from the courier as soon as it arrives. If you notice any issues, take photos of the damage, including the packaging, and send them to us immediately. We are unable to file a claim with the courier more than 7 days after delivery.
If your artwork is faulty and you would like to return it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note - Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure the artwork arrives safely. We’re happy to help with any questions you may have.
